Why I do this work
I grew up in Arizona. I've watched this state grow and change my entire life — and through all of it, my roots here have never changed. I know the neighborhoods, the communities, and the people in a way that only comes from being here for decades.
A few years into my real estate career, my family faced a moment I wasn't prepared for. A close family member needed more care than we could provide at home. We had no roadmap. We didn't know what type of community to look for, what questions to ask, or how to handle the home that needed to be sold to fund it all — and we felt the pressure of doing it on a tight timeline.
We got through it. But I walked away from that experience knowing two things: most families go through this completely alone, and the gap between finding the right care and figuring out the home is exactly where families fall through the cracks.
So I built a practice specifically for this transition. Every family I work with gets what I wish my family had — one trusted person who understands both the care side and the real estate side, and who will always tell you the truth.
"My job isn't just to sell a house. It's to make sure your family has what it needs to get through one of the most important transitions of your lives — with as little stress as possible." — Ben Robinson
What you can count on
Honesty first, always
I'll tell you what your home is actually worth — not what you want to hear. You deserve the truth, even when it's complicated.
Your timeline, not mine
Care transitions don't happen on a real estate schedule. I build everything around when your loved one needs to move.
One person, both sides
You won't be handed off. I handle both the community search and the home sale personally — nothing gets lost between the two.
Arizona through and through
Born and raised here. I know this market, these neighborhoods, and these communities better than any out-of-state database ever could.
